Suspension Arm Installation
the both Clean the taper surface [A] ofan oil-lessknuckle joints [B] and steering knuckle [C] with cleaning fluidInstall: Upper Suspension Arm Lower Suspension Arm Plates Suspension Arm Pivot Bolts and Nut (temporary) Knuckle Joints, Washers and Nuts Front Shock Absorber Tighten:
TorqueSuspension Arm Pivot Nuts: 36.5 Nm (3.7 kgfm, 27 ftlb) Knuckle Joint Nuts: 29 Nm (3.0 kgfm, 21 ftlb) Front Shock Absorber Mounting Nuts: 36.5 Nm (3.7 kgfm, 27 ftlb)
with new ones Replace the cotter pins the knuckle jointInsert the cotter pins to Bent the cotter pins
