Engine Sprocket Removal
Engine Sprocket Cover [B] Drive Chain Guide [C]
Remove:Sprocket Cover Bolts [A] Engine
Remove: [A] (free of engine sprocket) Drive Chain washer [B] Flatten the bended sprocket nut [C] and sprocket washer, Remove the engine sprocket and pull off the engine sprocket [D]
Engine Sprocket Installation
Install the engine sprocket so that the stamp mark [A] facing the outsideone Replace the sprocket washer with new nutInstall the sprocket washer and sprocket Bend the one side of the sprocket washer on the nutTorqueEngine Sprocket Nut: 127 Nm (13 kgfm, 94 ftlb)
