3-68 FUEL SYSTEM (DFI) Fuel Line WARNING
Be prepared for fuel spillage; any spilled fuel must be completely wiped up immediatelyWhen the fuel hose is disconnected, fuel spills out from the hose and the pipe because of residual pressureCover the hose connection with piece of clean cloth to prevent fuel spillage
Connect the prepared fuel hose [A] to the fuel pump outlet pipehose clamp Secure the fuelside ofwith afuel hose into the measuring Run the other the cylinder [B]WARNING
Wipe off spilled out fuel immediatelyBe sure to hold the measuring cylinder verticalthe fuel Closethe enginetank capturn the ignition switch ONThe stopped, Withpump should operate for seconds, and then should fuel stopRepeat this several times until the fuel hose is filled with fuel
