Never drop the ECU, especially on hard surfaceSuch shock to the ECU can damage it
ECU Removal

Remove the upper cover (see Upper Cover Removal in the Frame chapter) Remove: Bolts [A]
ECU [B] Disconnect the ECU connector [C]
