CAUTION
Do not put shim stock under the shimThis may cause the shim to pop out at high rpm, causing extensive engine damageDo not grind the shimThis may cause it to fracture, causing extensive engine damage
Apply engine oil to the valve lifter surface and install the liftercamshaft (see Install theEnd chapter)Camshaft Installation in the Engine Top clearance if necessary Recheck the valvehead cover and readjust Top End chapInstall the cylinder (see Engine ter), timing inspection cap and the alternator rotor nut capSpecial ToolFiller Cap Driver: 57001-1454
