13REAR WHEELSWING ARMHYDRAULIC BRAKE ASSEMBLY Clean all removed partsApply silicon grease to the pistons and oil sealsLubricate the brake caliper cylinder inside wall with brake fluidInstall the oil seals and then install the brake caliper pistons with the grooved side facing outInstall the piston with its outer end protrudingmm (0.120.2 in) beyond the brake caliperWipe off excessive brake fluid with clean shop towelApply silicon grease to the brake caliper holder pin and caliper insideInstall the brake caliper holderINSTALLATION Connect the brake fluid tube to the brake caliper, aligning the fluid tube with groove in the caliper and tighten the brake hose banjo boltTorque: 35 Nm (3.5 kgfm, 25 lbfft) Add the recommended brake fluid into the brake reservoir and bleed air from the brake system(Refer to 13-15) Aligning The Fluid Tube With Groove
