BRAKE FLUID CHANGE Refer to the "BRAKE FLUID CHANGE" section in the chapter 3BRAKE FLUID REFILLING Connect transparent hose and syringe to the brake caliper bleed valve and then loosen the bleed valve nutFill the brake reservoir with brake fluid and use the syringe to draw brake fluid into it until there is no air bubbles in the hoseThen, tighten the bleed valve nutTorque: Nm (0.6 kgfm, lbfft) When drawing brake fluid with the syringe, the brake fluid level should be kept over 12 of the brake reservoir heightUse only the recommended brake fluidRecommended Brake Fluid: DOT-4 BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING Connect transparent hose to the bleed valve and fully apply the brake lever after continuously pull it several timesThen, loosen the bleed valve nut to bleed air from the brake systemRepeat these steps until the brake system is free of airWhen bleeding air from the brake system, the brake fluid level should be kept over 12 of the brake reservoir heightBrake Lever Bleed Valve Brake Reservoir
