12.FRONT WHEELFRONT BRAKEFRONT SUSPENSION STEERING SYSTEM
Inspect the steering knuckleReplace if cracks, pitting or damage
Front Arm Bracket Nut Check the front arm brackets of the frameIf bent, cracked or damaged, repair or replace the frameCheck the tightening torque of the front arms securing nutsTorque: 45 Nm (4.5 kgfm, 32 lbfft) Check the dust sealIf wear or damage, replace the dust sealCheck the front arm side play by moving it from side to sideIf side play noticeable, replace the bushingsDust Seal Check the front arm vertical movement by moving it up and downIf vertical movement is tight, binding or rough, then replace the bushings
