GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS The transmission system can be serviced with the engine installed in the frameWhen replacing the drive axle, use special tool to hold the bearing inner race for this operationSPECIFICATIONS Specified Oil: GEAR OIL SAE 90 Oil Capacity: At disassembly: 0.12 (0.11 lmp qt, 0.13 US qt) At change: 0.11 (0.1 lmp qt, 0.12 US qt) TORQUE VALUES Transmission case cover bolt TROUBLESHOOTING Engine starts but ATV wont move Damaged transmission Seized or burnt transmission Oil leaks Oil too rich Worn or damaged oil seal 27 Nm (2.7 kgfm, 19 lbfft)
