Brake Light Switch Inspection
Refer to Brake Light Switch Inspection in the Periodic Maintenance chapterOil Temperature Sensor Inspection (KAF400-AC)
Remove: Oil Temperature Sensor [A] (see Engine Lubrication Sys
tem chapter) Suspend the sensor in container of engine oil so that the heat-sensitive portion and threaded portion are submergedSuspend an accurate thermometer [B] with heat-sensitive portions [C] located in almost the same depth
The sensor and thermometer must not touch the container side or bottomthe container over heat Placethe temperature of thesource ofstirringand gradually raise oil while the oil gently
