Air Cleaner Element Removal
Tilt up the Seat[A] Unhook the clamps Remove: Cover [B] Air Cleaner
Loosen: Screw [A] Clamp Remove: Screw [B] Mounting
Air Cleaner Element [C] After removing the element, stuff pieces of lint-free, clean cloth into the air cleaner duct to keep dirt out of the carburetor and engine
WARNING
If dirt or dust is allowed to pass through into the carburetor, the throttle may become stuck, possibly causing an accident
