Starter Motor Assembly
Replace the O-rings Install the brush plate assembly to the right end cover so that the projection [A] on the brush plate fits into the groove on the right end cover Install the O-ring, insulators [8]and washer [C] in that order on the terminal bolt Tighten :
TorqueStarter Motor Terminal Locknut: 6.9 Nm (0.70 kgfm, 61 inlb)
