Vehicle-down Sensor Inspection
aBe sure the battery is fully chargedVehicle-down Sensor Power Source Voltage Remove: Rear Fender (see Rear Fender Removal in Frame chapter) Vehicle-down Sensor Lead Connector
Connect: Vehicle-down Sensor Lead Connector [A] (harness side) Digital Volt Meter [B] IConnections to Connector (12 circuit) Meter (+) Connector BR Lead [C] Connector BKIY Lead [D] Meter (-) Turn the ignition switch ON, and measure the power source voltageVehicle-down Sensor Power Source Voltage Standard: Battery Voltage (12.5 or more)
