Bend both ends of the cotter pin [A] as shownSteering Stem Bottom End Nut [B]
HN04 001BS1

Apply non-permanent locking agent: Steering Stem Bearing Joint Bolts [A]

Apply grease: Grease Seals [A] Inside [B] of the Steering Clamps Tighten:
TorqueSteering Stem Clamp Bolts [C]: 25 N'm (2.5 kgf'm, 18 fHb) Tie-Rod End Nuts: 42 N'm (4.3 kgf'm, 31 fHb)
