Swingarm Removal
Support the vehicle on stand or jack so that the rear wheels are off the groundSpecial ToolJack: 57001-1238
Remove: Rear Final Gear Case (see Rear Final Gear Case Removal in Final Drive chapter) Swingarm Pivot Left Nut [A] Swingarm Pivot Left Shaft [B] Loosen: Boot Clamp Screw [A] Remove: Boot Swingarm Pivot Right Shaft [B] Swingarm [C]
Swingarm Installation
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the spline of the output shaft [A] Fit the propeller shaft [B] on the output shaft
