13-10 BRAKES Master Cylinder
Master Cylinder Removal
Remove: Brake Hose Banjo Bolt [A] Master Cylinder Clamp Bolts [B] Master Cylinder [C]

CAUTION
Brake fluid quickly ruins painted surface; any spilled fluid should be completely washed away immediately
Master Cylinder Installation
The master cylinder clamp must be installed with the "UP" mark [A] upwards Tighten the upper clamp bolt first, and then the lower clamp boltThere will be gap at the lower part of the clamp after tighteningTorqueMaster Cylinder Clamp Bolts: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb)
HL070102S 0

Use new flat washer on each side of the brake hose fittingand tighten the banjo boltTorqueBrake Hose Banjo Bolt: 25 Nm (2.5 kgfm, 18 ftlb)

Bleed the brake line after master cylinder installation (see Brake Line Air Bleeding) Check the brake for good braking power, no braking brag, and no fluid leakage
