FINAL DRIVE 12-35 Front Final Gear Case
Front Final Gear Case Installation
Install the gear case bolts from the vehicle left sideTorqueFront Final Gear Case Bolts and Nuts: 59 N'm (6.0 kgfm, 43 ftlb)
Install the removed parts Fill the front final gear case with the specified oil (see Front Final Gear Case Oil Change in Periodic Maintenance chapter)
Front Final Gear Case Disassembly
Remove: Front Final Gear Case (see Front Final Gear Case Removal) Variable Differential Control Shift Shaft Lever Bolt [A] and Nut [B] Variable Differential Control Shift Shaft Lever [C] 2WD4WD Actuator (see 2WD4WD Actuator Removal in Electrical System chapter) Hold the front final gear case with the gear holdersocket wrench [A] in viseSpecial ToolGear HolderSocket Wrench, Hex 24: 57001-1489
