Install the new retaining ring [A] so that the opening [8] is aligned with one of the projections [C]
HK1000 4a Sl
Tighten the small band Squeeze the remaining special grease [A] into the inboard joint boot [8]
Compress the axle assembly to the specified length while relieving the air pressure inside the inboard boot Hold the axle at this settingStandard Length of Assembling Right Front Axle: 178 mm (7.01 in [A] 161.1 mm (6.34 in [B]
