11-14 WHEELSITIRES Rear Hub
Rear Hub Removal
Remove: Cap [A] Cotter Pin [B] Loosen the axle nut [C]
Remove: Wheel (see Wheel Removal) Axle Nut [A] Rear Hub [B]
Rear Hub Installation
Tighten:
TorqueRear Axle Nuts: 265 Nm (27 kgfm, 195 ftlb)
Insert new cotter pin [A]
OWhen inserting the cotter pin, if the slots in the nut do not align with the cotter pin hole in the axle shaft, tighten the nut clockwise [B) up to next alignmentOlt should be within 30 degreeOLoosen once and tighten again when the slot goes past the nearest hole
