A WARNING
Excessive imbalance or operating rpm could cause torque converter pulley failure resulting in severe injury or deathThe pulleys of the belt drive torque converter are precision balanced components designed to operate within certain rpm limitsDisassemblylassembly and servicing procedures of the pulley assemblies must be followed closelyModifications to the engine or pulleys that increase rpm may cause failure
CAUTION
Do not turn the ignition switch OFF position from ON position, while the torque converter cover is removedIf it is done, the learning control of Kawasaki Engine Brake Control system works and the engine brake actuator works an error operation
