Muffler and Exhaust Pipe Installation
If the exhaust pipe cover [A] or muffler cover [B] were removed, tighten themTorqueExhaust Pipe Cover Bolts [C]: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb) Muffler Cover Bolts [0]: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb)
Replace the exhaust pipe gaskets [E] and clamp gasket [F] with new ones Install (But do not tighten the following nuts and bolts: Front Exhaust Pipe [G] and Nuts, Clamp [H], Muffler Rear Exhaust Pipe [I] and Nuts Muffler Mounting Bolts [J] TightenExhaust Pipe Nuts evenly Apply non-permanent locking agent to the muffler mounting bolts and tighten themTorqueMuffler Mounting Bolts: 20 Nm (2.0 kgfm, 14 ftlb)
Tighten:
TorqueMuffler Clamp Bolt: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 14 ftlb)
