5-24 ENGINE TOP END Camshaft
Replace the circlip with new one Install: Intermediate Shaft Chain Guide [A] (Rear) Washer [8] Circlip [C]
Special ToolOutside Circlip Pliers: 57001-144

Install the intermediate shaft chain tensioner [A] as follows: Release the stopper [8] and push the push rod [C] into the tensioner body Insert wire [0] into the rod hole to hold the rod in place
Install: Intermediate Shaft Chain Tensioner [A] Tighten:
TorqueIntermediate Shaft Chain Tensioner Bolts [B]: 8.8 N'm (0.90 kgfm, 78 in'lb)
