Coolant Filter Cleaning
Refer to the Coolant Filter Cleaning in the Periodic Maintenance chapter
Coolant Valve Inspection
Drain the coolant (see Coolant Change in Periodic Maintenance chapter) Remove the coolant valve [A] on the engine left side Inspect the coolant valve at room temperatureIf the valve is closed, replace the valve with new oneOTo check valve opening just blow through the valveValve Closing Temperature (for reference) Standard: 78 82C (172 180F) or more at 24.5 kPa (0.25 kgfcm2, 3.6 psi)
