COOLING SYSTEM 4-17 Thermostat
Thermostat Removal
Drain the coolant (see Coolant Change in Periodic Maintenance chapter) Remove: Front Fender (see Front Fender Removal in Frame chapter) Thermostat Housing Cover Bolts [A] Thermostat Housing Cover [B]
Thermostat Installation
Replace the O-ring [A] with new one Be sure to install the O-ring on the housing cover
