Radiator Cap Inspection
Check the condition of the top and bottom valve seals of the radiator capIf anyone of them shows visible damage, replace the capBottom Valve Seal [A] Top Valve Seal [B] Valve Spring [C]

Install the cap [A] on cooling system pressure tester [B]
the cap sealing surfaces with water or coolant to prevent pressure leakage
Watching the pressure gauge, slowly pump the pressure tester to build up the pressureThe relief valve opens, indicated by the gauge hand flicks downwardOThe relief valve must open within the relief pressure range in the table below and the gauge hand must remain within the specified range at least secondRadiator Cap Relief Pressure Standard: 93123 kPa (0.951.25 kgfcm2, 1418 psi)
