Radiator Removal
AWARNING
The radiator fan is connected directly to the batteryThe radiator fan may start even if the ignition switch is offNEVER TOUCH THE RADIATOR FAN UNTIL THE RADIATOR FAN CONNECTOR IS DISCONNECTEDTOUCHING THE FAN BEFORE THE CONNECTOR IS DISCONNECTED COULD CAUSE INJURY FROM THE FAN BLADES Drain the coolant (see Coolant Change in Periodic Maintenance chapter) Remove: Front Guard (see Front Guard Removal in Frame chapter) Front Fender (see Front Fender Removal in Frame chapter) Inner Cover Front (see Inner Cover Front and Front Lower Shroud Removal in Frame chapter) Screws [A] and Clamps
