FUEL SYSTEM 3-13 Carburetor
Set the carburetor [A], fuel level gauge [8], and fuel [C] as follows Special ToolFuel Level Gauge: 57001-1017
OPlace the additional graduation [D] 10 mm (0 .39 in higher than the top graduation [E]OPut the carburetor horizontally and so that the outlet side faces downwardOConnect the fuel gauge and hose to the drain fitting of the carburetorOConnect the fuel to the fuel inlet fitting210 mm (8.27 in [F] OHoid the gauge so that the additional graduation is placed slightly higher than the punch mark [H]OFeed the fuel into the carburetor, then loosen the carburetor drain screwSpecial ToolCarburetor Drain Plug Wrench, 57001-1269 Hex 3:
Wait until the fuel level in the gauge settles Hold the gauge vertically and lower it slowly so that the additional graduation aligns with the punch mark
