Starter Motor Clutch Removal

Remove the alternator rotor (see Alternator Rotor Removal)with Hold the rotorclutch the flywheel holder and take out the starter motor bolts [A]Special ToolFlywheel Holder: 57001-1313

Take out the one-way clutch [A]
Starter Motor Clutch Installation

Install the one-way clutch so that the flange [A] fits on the recess [B] of the race Apply non-permanent locking agent: Starter Motor Clutch Bolts Tighten:
