Alternator Cover Installation
of the old gasket has been from the Be sure allcover and the left crankcase removedsurfacesalternator sealing the dowel pins Check thatthe crankcase[A] are in place, and fit new gasket on Check that the bearing [B] is in place
notch Fit the grommets [A] into theoil seal.in the cover Grease the alternator cover Tighten:
TorqueAlternator Cover Bolts: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb)
Check that the O-ring [A] in the collar [B] is in good conditionthe O-ring Apply grease to on the alternator coverInstall the collar
