Rear Axle Joint Boot Replacement
Outboard Joint Boot Removal Remove: Rear Axle (see Rear Axle Removal) Boot Bands [A] Scrap the removed boot bandsSlide the joint boot [B] toward the inboard joint
bearing [A] Tap theseparatehousingthe straight [B] with plastic hammer to it from shaft
CAUTION
Do not tap on the cageBe careful not get hurt when the housing comes outIf the splined portion of shaft cracked or damaged during disassembling of outboard joint, do not reuse the shaft
