Hold the drivedriven pulley holder in vise Screw the guide bar into the holderSpecial ToolSpring Holder Set: 57001-1483
Special ToolDriveDriven Pulley Holder: 57001-1473
the driven pulley [A] onto Put the thrust plate [B] so thatthe guide bar(gray) faces Put the alloy side the movable sheave Install: Seat [C]: 18.5 mm (0.728 in Spring Spring [D] Spring Seat [E]: 9.3 mm (0.366 in Circlip [F] nut Tighten[B][A], and compress the spring with the spring holder
Install new circlip [C] with circlip pliers [D]Special ToolCirclip Pliers: 57001-154
