Check that the O-ring [A] in the collar [B] is in good conditionthe O-ring Apply grease to on the alternator coverInstall the collar Install the alternator rotor bolt [C]
Hold the drive pulley with the drive pulley holder [A] Tighten:
Special ToolDrive Pulley Holder: 57001-1520 TorqueAlternator Rotor Bolt: 127 Nm (13 kgfm, 94 ftlb) Alternator Bolt Cover Bolts: 8.8 Nm (0.90 kgfm, 78 inlb)
Add engine oil
