17 -18 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Battery
Battery Removal
Turn off the ignition switch Remove: Seat (see Frame chapter) Battery Holder Bolts (A] and Washer Battery Holder [8] Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable [C] first, and then the positive (+) cab le [0] Take out the battery [E]
Battery Installation
Turn off the igniti on sw itch Install: Rubbe Dampers [A] Clamp Nut [8] Collars (C] Battery Holder [0] Conn ect the positive cabl first and then the negative Put light coat of grease on the terminals to prevent corrosion
