Rear Shock Absorber Installation
Install: Rubber Bushings [A] Collars [B] Tighten:
TorqueRear Shock Absorber Mounting Nuts [CJ: 62 N'm (6.3 kgf-m, 46 ft'lb)
Rear Shock Absorber Preload Adjustment
Remove: Rear Shock Absorber (see Rear Shock Absorber Removal) Loosen the locknut and turn out the adjusting nut to free the springOwner's ToolHook Wrench [A]: 92210-1173
Measure the spring free length To adjust the spring preload, turn in the adjusting nut [A] to the desired position and tighten the locknut [B][C] Spring Length
