COOLING SYSTEM 4-15 Radiator
Radiator Fan Installation
Install: Radiator Fan Apply non-permanent locking agent to the threads and tighten the mounting nutTorqueRadiator Fan Mounting Nut: 2.7 N'm (0.28 kgfm24 inlb)
Install: Radiator Fan Assembly Tighten :
TorqueRadiator Fan Assembl Bolts: 8.8 N'm (0.90 kgf'm78 in'lb)
Radiator Inspection
Check the rad iator core If there are obstructions to air flow, remove the radiator and re move obstructions If th corrugated fins [A] are deformedcarefully straighten themIf the air passages of the radiator core are blocked more than 20 by unremovable obstructions or irreparably defo rmed fins, replace the radiator with new one
