Check the plastic tip [A] of the float valve needleIt should be smoothwithout any grooves, scratches, or tearsIfthe plastic tip is damaged [C], replace the floa valve [8] Push the rod [0] in the other end of th fl oat valve needle an then release it [E] If it does not spring out, replace the float valveClO OfJOI4JS' C

Check the tapered portion [A] of the pilot screw [8] for wear or damage If the pilot screw is worn or damaged on the tapered portion, it will prevent the engine from idling smoothlyReplace it
