Rear Final Gear Case Oil Change
Warm up the oil by running the vehicle so that the oil will pick up any sediment and drain eas ilyThen stop the vehicl Pa rk the vehicl so that it is levelboth side-to-side and front-to-rear Pl ace an oil pan beneath the rear final gear case and remove the drain plug [A]
A WARNING
When drainin or fi lling the final gear case, be careful that no oi gets on the tire or rim because oil will deteriorate the tireClean off any oil that inadvertently gets on them with high-flash point solvent After the oil has completely drained ou t, install the drain plug with new alum inum gasketTorqueOil Drain Plug: 20 N'm (20 kgfm, 14 ft 'lb)
Fill the fi nal gear ca se up to the bottom of filler opening with the oil specified belowFinal Gear Case Oil Type: MOBIL Fluid 424 or CITGO TRANSGARD TRACTOR HYDRAULIC FLU ID Capacity: 0.9 (095 US qt)
