Brush Plate and Terminal Bolt Inspection
Using the highest range of the hand tester, measure the resistance as follows:
[A] Terminal Bolt and RightHand End Cover [B] Terminal Bolt and Brush Plate If there is any reading, the insulator may be failedReplace the washer (insulator) of the end cover
