Apply silicone sealant [A] tofitthe circumference of the stator coil lead grommet, and the grommet into the notch
of the cover securely
Tighten:
SealantKawasaki Bond (Silicone Sealant): 56019-120 TorqueAlternator Cover Bolts: 8.8 Nm (0.9 kgfm, 78 inlb)
the alternator cover Greasethat the pulley O-ring oil sealgood conditionCheck [A] Clean the pulley boss and applyis into the O-ring and the oil boss
cover oil Push the pulleyin[A] into the left engine the pulleysealthe and Fit the key [B] the groove between crankshaft Tighten:
Add engine oil
