Valve Clearance Inspection
Refer to the Valve Clearance Inspection in the Periodic Maintenance chapterValve Clearance Adjustment
Loosen the locknutis[A] and turn the adjusting screw [B] until the clearance correct Holdtothe adjusting screw from turning and tighten the locknut the specified torque Recheck the clearancerepeat the adjustment proceIf the clearance is incorrect,
dureIf the clearance is correct, perform the adjustment procedure on the other valveTorqueValve Adjusting Screw Locknuts: 12 Nm (1.2 kgfm, 104 inlb)
