Tighten the tie rod end nut to the specified torqueTie rod end nut: 60 Nm (6.0 kgf-m, 43.5 lb-ft) Install the cotter pin
Replace the removed cotter pin with new one
NOTE: When installing the tie rod end, install the washer the tie rod end and steering knuckle
