Spark Plug CleaningInspection
.Clean the spark plug, preferably in sandblasting device, and then clean off any abrasive particlesThe plug may also be cleaned using high flash-point solvent and wire brush or other suitable toolIf the spark plug electrodes are corroded or damaged, or if the insulator is cracked, replace the plugUse the standard spark plug or its equivalent
Spark Plug Gap
Measure the gap [A] with wire-type thickness gaugeIf the gap is incorrect, carefully bend the side electrode [B] with suitable tool to obtain the correct gapSpark Plug Gap Standard:

Ie Igniter Inspection
Measure the IC igniter internal resistanceo Connect the hand tester to the IC igniter terminals shown in the tableSpecial ToolHand Tester: 570011394
