ENGINE RIGHT SIDE
Remove: Secondary Clutch Hub Assembly Secondary Clutch Housing Sleeve Spacer .To remove the secondary clutch plates, unscrew the clutch spring bolts and take off the spring plate [AJ, springs, and hub [8]
Clutch Installation
.Assemble the secondary clutch plates
o Install the friction plates and steel plates to the clutch hub, starting with
a friction plate and alternating them
CAUTION
If new dry steel plates and friction plates are installed, apply engine oil to the surlaces of each plate to avoid clutch plate seizure
OAlign the marks [AJ on the clutch wheel [8] and the clutch hub [C]
o Install
the clutch spring plate with the springs and spring bolts temporarily, and fit the clutch hub and plate assembly into the clutch housing aligning the friction plate tangs [A] with the clutch housing fingers and clutch hub splines [B] with the drive shaft splines Torque: TorqueSecondary Clutch Spring Bolts: 12 (1.2 104 tighten the bolts to the following torqueTorqueSecondary Clutch Spring Bolts (new bolts): 15 N-m (1.5 kg-m, 11.0
