ENGINE LEFT SIDE 4-7 Left Engine Cover Left Engine Cover Removal
Remove the recoil starter Holding the recoil starter pulley [AJ steady with the hook wrench [B], loosen the alternator rotor bolt [C]Special ToolHook Wrench: 57001-1101
Remove the alternator rotor bolt, pulley, and keyThe pulley may be pulled out easily
Place an oil pan beneath the engine left side Remove: Alternator and Pickup Coil Connectors (disconnect) Front Left Mud Guard Left Engine Cover [AJ
