.Slip the cylinder head into position8e sure the hook [AJ of the front camshaft chain guide hangs on the cylinder catch [8], and is between the cylinder and the cylinder head
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in criss-cross pattern as shown, in two stepsCylinder Head Bolt Torque First Torquing mm Bolt: 15 N-m (1.5 kg-m, 11.0 ft-Ib) mm Bolt: 5.9 N-m (0.60 kg-m, 52 in-Ib) Final Torquing mm Used Bolt: 29 N-m (3.0 kg-m, 22 ft-Ib) mm New Bolt: 34 N-m (3.5 kg-m, 25 ft-Ib) mm Bolt: 12 N-m (1.2 kg-m, 104 in-Ib)
