eDisconnect the fan lead 2-pin connectoreUsing two auxiliary wires, supply 12 battery power to the fanWire Connections
BK Battery (+) Battery (-)
If the fan does not turn at this time, the fan is defective and must be replacedIf the fan turns, inspect the fan switch (se,e Fan Switch Inspection)If the fan switch is damaged, replace the fan switchOtherwise, inspect the rectifier

eRemove the rear fender and the front fenderePuli the connectors off the rectifier-Zero the hand tester (special tool: PIN 57001-1394)and connect it to each pair of leads: 1-2, 1-3, 1-4oCheck the resistance in both directions between leads
