STEERING 13-3 Steering Adjustment -Remove the cotter pin and remove the tie-rod end nut from each tie-rod at the steering stem
Steering Stopper Adjustment
-Turn the handlebar all the way to the left to adjust the right steering stopper bolt, and all the way to the right to adjust the left steering bolt-Loosen the locknut and turn the steering stopper bolt, until the head hits the steering stem bracket-Tighten the locknuts securely000
not loosen the locknuts at the ends of the tie-rod adjusting sleeve, or the toe-in of the front wheels will be changed
.Remove the bearing housing mounting bolts from the bottom end of the steering stem
