Suspension Arm Disassembly
eRemove the suspension arm (see Suspension Arm Removal)eRemove the sleeve or collars and the grease sealseRemove the circlips and press the spherical bearing out of the rear pivot using press and the bearing driver set (special tool: PIN 57001-1129)eRemove the needle bearing from the front pivot using press and the bearing driver set (57001-1129)eHolding the suspension arm with vise, remove the circlip and unscrew the knuckle joint
AUpper Suspension Arm Pivot Bolts and Nuts BKnuckle Joint Cotter Pin and Nut
eRemove the cotter pin and loosen the knuckle joint clamp nut and bolt to take off the steering knuckleeTake off the lower suspension arm by removing the pivot bolts and nuts
