Caliper Installation Notes
-Connect the brake hose to the caliper putting new flat washer on each side of the brake hose fitting-Check the fluid level in the master cylinder, and bleed the brake line (see Bleeding the Brake Line)-Install the rear caliper as followsOlnstall the rear caliper return spring noting the hook direction (see Parking Brake Cable Installation Notes) to pevent its missingoAdjust the parking brake (see Parking Brake Adjustment)-Check the brakes for good braking power, no brake drag, and no fluid leakage
oWhen measuring the length, pull the lower end of the cam lever rearward to take up cable looseness
eTighten both nuts securely against the bracket
Calipers

Front Caliper Removal
-Remove the front wheels (see Wheel Removal in WheelsTires chapter)-Separate the brake hose from the caliper by taking off the banjo bolt-Remove the caliper mounting bolts, and take off the calipers
Front Caliper Disassembly Notes
-Using compressed air, remove the pistonOCover the caliper opening with clean, heavy clothoRemove the piston by lightly applying compressed air to where the brake line fits into the caliper
