Clutch Hub Spline Inspection
eVisually inspect where the teeth on the steel plates wear against the splines of the clutch hubIf there are notches worn into the splines, replace the clutch hubAlso, replace the steel plates if their teeth are damaged

ePut the thrust washer on the kick shaft end, and fit the kick shaft assembly in the right crankcase.Push in the kick spring guide completely facing the slit inboardKickstarter
